In order to be EXTRAORDINARY we have to put the time in both on and off the field. There are multiple ways we do this here at Senior High. Throughout the summer we have morning workouts specifically scheduled for our boy's teams at Senior High along with open field sessions which also occur at Senior. Each workout session is one hour and the open fields are an hour. Here are the days and times for our workouts and open fields.
